Steamworks

Some characters I made for a shop called Steamworks. Note the background art was collaboration between =ExclaimationPnt and myself.

Steamworks, otherwise known as banging nails into the ground with my forehead, was a gaia project I sunk about two months into along with *MarinaYoshi. It was a 'free' breedable/changing pet shop where all the bases and graphics were premade- all a user had to do was edit and color, or just color premade temps. (hence the similar poses of 3 out of 5 here)

I was fortunate enough to have a ton of really nice and generous people working with me, but it seemed like there was no end to dissatisfaction with the system we had in place.

Rather then iron it out, I decided to enjoy my last fleeting weeks of summer in peace and let my staff run off so they could stop being harassed. Out of everyone I think the person who got burned the most was Ende, which is a shame because she's one of the most friendly, open-hearted people I know. And everyone made sure to take advantage of her talents.

About posting this on DA (note to SW people)- The rules say not to because it's Marr and I's work too, hense: collaboration. You can post your punk if you have my permission. Think of it like this, if it's half yours and half mine, then you posting up your punk is kind of like me posting up your punk in my own gallery. Doesn't seem right, does it?

On the other hand, if you did a punk that was on your own base, but couldn't post it because it was against the rules or you got the okay to do so; you don't even need my permission. That's your own art to do with what you like, obviously.

Also: Yes Basch and Xigbar are in there. xD Cosplays. The end characters had their concept drawn up by ~deadums
