Description
This may look simple, and the design is so-so. But belive me when I say this was one of the most painful, tedious projects I had over the course of the year.
If you've ever had the delight of working with color-aid, it's a lot alike the paint swatches you'll find in hard-ware stores, except index-card sized and they smell like... well, it's indescribable, like chemicals, mostly.
Anyways, I came up with this image, traced the different shapes of color onto tracing color, copied them onto the backs of the color aid piece by piece, cut them out with a scalpel and put them together on other pieces of color-aid. It took weeks.
Anyways, the result was these two 8"x 8" works that I'll have to keep and cherish to remind me of THE PAIN experienced in my 2d design class.
On a related note, not the difference ISO makes when photographing. 8D LOL. My battery ran out before I could re photograph the one on the left.

RIT 2D Design class, graphic design major. I'm having to struggle with this right now ack. This is old but they're still doing this 11 years later oof. Its a beautiful set of images tho.
